Eryn and Ian’s wedding took place at the Environmental Services Building in University Place near Tacoma, Washington. The government building, which is designed to conserve as much energy as possible, sits on a bluff overlooking the Puget Sound, the Olympic mountains, and Chambers Creek Regional Park. Fun Fact! Down at the park there were these amazing concrete structures that were left over from a gravel mine that was at one time the largest producer of sand and gravel in the country. Now it’s just a wonderful park that provided interesting elements to incorporate into Eryn and Ian’s sunset portraits. Be sure to stick around to the end of the post to check those out! — KC
